Dear Sir,

In connection with the arrival of the products you have to offer in accordance in contracting to buy the company's products Kwangwung, we had received in accordance time an agreed. We hereby inform you that there are some products that we received the order in a damaged condition.The following is a list of the defective product along with details of damage as follows:
